    Being in the Rewards program makes ink purchases better with the discount. My advice, use the good ink. I destroyed a printer using no name ink.

      Hi there,

      If you received multiple cartridges that were half-filled, I am very sorry. Are you checking the ink levels immediately after inserting the cartridges? Cartridges should be fully filled when you receive them. If they are not, then please return them. The other possibility is that the printer is having trouble reading the cartridges. If so, contact support.

    Very few pages print from these cartridges. I'm constantly needing to purchase more ink!!! I'm considering going to a laser printer where its less money per page to print.
