    The ink is top notch for my sysytem, the help at the store was great, except i brought in a 15% paper for the ink and could not use it cause it had no bar code on it. The clerk told me i had to go on line to download it. I think he could of done it at the register for me, but did not take the time. Also i brought in used ink and ask for my percentage off, and the clerk at the return had no idea about it. Employees should be informed on what is offered by best buy
