    I was not sure of this new ink cartridge (was used to others and just looked difficult to use - so I thought). But when I installed the first one, it was so easy to place, i was really surprised.

    I like the multi pack selection. Saves me money which is always important and the convenience of having what I need when the colors run out. They could do away with the photo package and just offer the ink cartridges only.

    This is a good product and it easy to use. It also come with free photo paper and it in a good packaging. But it won't last if I print 5 color photo and I wish it can last longer and with more ink inside also make it cheaper.

    The big thick plastic "cover" that you need to pop off is a pain in the butt. Easy to put in computer. No issues with print quality. Still waiting to see how long it lasts. Hopefully these will last longer than the last ones.

    Normally there is never an issue with HP replacement ink ,but this time the black ink was a problem . Made me wish I saved the recipt. The system said ink full but poor printing, thought it was my printer, but it was a bad cartridge. Had to replace it to be sure. It happens.

    I always go to best buy to buy my ink, being a member and getting that extra discount helps. Also the ink pack sometimes includes free envelopes and photo paper so that's an extra bonus too.
