Service during purchase was excellent. The unit was bought at the local store and picked up by my daughter in New York at the Union Square store. No problems. All good experience.

Ink is easy to find, always in stock at best buy. You only change the colors needed. Document, forms and photos are all crisp and clear with no "bleeding"

While these ink cartridges are easy to install & remove, they do need replacement fairly frequently. The price is competitive and the product works well for my attached printer.

I always buy HP ink for the HP printer. Installs great. never have had a problem. I continue to buy it at best buy, because it is always in stock there.

The cartridges are easy to remove and install. The colors are true. Unfortunately, frequently one color is empty and the other colors have ink remaining.

Even though I didn't print much this time, it didn't last as long as the one that came with the printer. Lasted less than 2 whole months.

It just seems like the purchase of ink must occur far too often. We really don't print that many copies of anything. BUT, in order to print, one must have all the cartridges ready.

I like HP printers, especially how it prints in color. I just don't like that the color ink does NOT last long. It can get pricey to buy three ink cartridge packages in a month.

I love the availability of these printer cartridges - and will be happy for quite a while if they would stop updating the printer cartridges so fast!

Very easy to install the ink catridges. However the ink runs out very quickly and does not seem to give the number of advertised pages.

I bought the combo pack with the printer. So far, I have only needed to replace the black ink. Each color can be purchased separately, saves money and ink.

I wish all ink for this printer came in a combo kit. For only having 3 colors (unlike my last printer using 6) it does really good printing in color.

I use HP ink for my HP printer because of the reliability of the product. I have tried generics before only to suffer the consequence of returning them.

Great value to purchase the combo package which usually includes some paper. This is better than buying each color individually. Only negative seems like ink life is not very long.

Nothing special to say about it. If you buy the printer you need the ink. But if you need to buy ink, buying the XL is definately worth it. If you are short on funds this will do.

All three inks (like most printers, if you print a decent amount it goes quick) but you also get photo paper with envelopes which makes it nice for photo printing and giving.

While the color on my prints is great it does not last. I don't get very many prints. The color seemed to last longer year ago! Are they putting less color in the cartridge?

The ink cartridges are easy to replacing. The Black ink needs to be replaced 2X more often then the colored ink. The ink in my opinion should cost less.
