The cartridge installs easily and lasts long enough to print a number of pages. It does not dry up if the printer is not used for a while.

I like the knowledge of knowing that when I walk into the store my items are gonna be in stock. and not to mention I had a coupon which I didn't notice was for online only and they were nice enough to honor it at the store

The ink cartridges seem to run out of ink too fast. Sometimes when I go to the store to buy them, they are not available. Last time the store was out of black. So I had to make another trip. The staff is good and very helpful and I like the layout of the store.

The ink is good quality and the cartridges have always worked with my HP printers but the price could be a little cheaper. I don't use the extra photo paper at all but it's nice that they throw it in

Ok. I love shopping at Best Buy! All the associates are helpful and answer all my queries. Even the ones that seem so stupid. It makes it a pleasant experience to shop in a place where everyone takes the time to speak with you!!

I like the free shipping. The only reason for the "four" stars instead of "five" is the price. As usual, ink costs too much money, but that's not Best Buy's fault. I received my package within the week and it was shipped free...what more could you ask for?

HP uses a chip that marks a cartridge as empty. Most of the third-party cartridges are made from used ink tanks and they have not been cleared, These prevent your printer from constantly telling you that the cartridge is empty.

last a long time and ink doesn't get messy. very easy to install. I love Hp products and I think the ink is pretty cheap for a great products

I only purchase HP products, so both my printers are from HP. I have never had any problems with the 564 ink cartridges. I just wish that all printers would have the same ink so it wouldn't be so confusing on what to buy.

I like the combo pack. Always easy to find and a good price. Easy to use, but would prefer to not have to get the photo paper each time.

It seems that I am always running out of one color or another. I like picking up the package of ink to save money and have a spare when I need it without having to run to the store. Good product, just wished they lasted a little longer for the price!

This ink is easy to set up and has great color. I like that you can change out only one color if you use one color more than the others.

Always buy my HP ink at BB. I usually wait until there is a buy one and get the 2nd half price. The high yield inks are the best deal and last the longest. Never any problems at BB with empty cartridges or leakage.

Colors look good on photo paper and documents, great price for color ink! Seems to last longer then other inks in printer I have had.

The 3-pak cartridges don't last as l long as I think they should. It seems I have to replace them often if I use my color printer frequently. However, the quality of the colors are pretty good.

I have bought these cartridges many times for my 2 HP Printers, one in Canada and one here in Lakeland. I find them a bit expensive but Best Buy has compeditive pricing with Staples and WalMart. Thank You Wayne

Able to get this ink at a great price from best buy. I first went to hp website and it was more expensive. The color quality is great.

HP ink works best in my HP printer. The ink lasts a long time, and I like the price when I purchase 3 colors in a package deal.
