She showed me the black cartridge. I said I didn't think it was the right one because my HP Photosmart 7520 uses 2 black cartridges - 1 small and 1 large. She kept saying that that must be the right one. She was not willing to go online and look up the ink cartridge that the printer uses. I bought it and brought it home. It is NOT the correct one. I need the 564 Black 2018/04. The one brought home is 2018/03. Heading out of town and don't have time to go back. I wished she had actually helped me with looking up the product that I actually bought at that store!!!!
