This is an ink package. It works well This review must be 50 characters in exchange for points. We have three printers for two college aged kids. I buy one style of ink bc I purchased every printer with same compatibility in mind. It works out great. Ink dries quickly

I purchased this ink because I needed a new one for my HP printer. I don't like using the off brands since they don't work nearly as well as the original HP brand. And the pricing at Best Buy was comparable to that of Wal-Mart, plus they will price match if it is higher.

I ran out of ink, so I went to marshalls to return a shower curtain so I could buy ink. I had to print a shipping label. I forgot to take the plastic seal off before putting it in the printer and couldn't figure out why it wasn't printing for like ten minutes.

Store clerk was super helpful. Merchandise arrived as he predicted.

First time loaded said it wasn't HP product. Reloaded it an then it was, So hope HP is happy. It's the required cartridge for my printer, has ink in it and printed pages when requested. What more could you ask for

I walked into Best Buy and saw the sign for ink. I walked over there and picked out the ink I wanted. An employee came over and asked if he could help me. I showed him the ink I had selected and he rang it up for me. I had a great time and the paper is fabulous.

Ink is great quality, but it doesn't last long. You don't getva lot of pages out of it and pictures it's even less. Maybe 20 pages of black paper, 10-15 color and about 15 color photos. Unfortunately it's the only option available.

My printer shows an authencity report when installed. This time, it kept reading that the cartridge was not an original. I had to override the printer to have it print. But the colored ones loaded just fine. I never have a problem. This was most definitely out of the ordinary.

My printer is 5-6 years old and I am glad that I am able to still go to my local best buy and buy exactly what I need when I need it, or order it online and do in store pickup. save me from the hassle of searching online for it. Thank you Best Buy

Brand new cartridge and yet when I put it into my printer it was certain that this was not a new HP cartridge. It does seem to work in spite of the printer's warnings.

My daughter needed ink for the printer in her dorm room quickly. Ordered on line and it was delivered in a few days. Free shipping is great. I'll order mine on line now as well and avoid having to fight the crowds only to be disappointed when the ink is out of stock at the store.

I gave my color cartridges for recycle and unaware that the black ink I purchased would not work with the colored ones..next time I won't recycle color but will leave empty cartridge in my printer.I purchased color cartridges online from a different retailer.

I have 2 HP printers - both connect to the Internet, so I can print wirelessly. The printer that uses this ink (#564) is an e-machine. I use it primarily to print documents and reports on "everyday" (i.e. cheap) paper. My other HP printer was more expensive, and I use it to print photos

I use the 564 cartridge with my HP printer and it is the one required. It works well, though I always wish it lasted longer and was less expensive. Since I am a teacher, I am required to print off many things for my students, so I need good cartridges often....

At 1st I wasn't for sure if I wanted to buy my ink from Best Buy because I found it online cheaper at Walmart But would take me 2 days to get over there and get it and I showed the cashier with my phone and like that gave at same price. No hassle

Hp is a great printed. I like having the diffrent color ink slots so that you know you are getting the most out of each cartriage. This is the smallest ink amount, they do have a xl with twice the amount of ink. We print alot, but if you are low on cash when you need ink this is great.

This product should be less expensive. Because if you compare with the price of printer with the ink then it is better to buy a new printer rather than to buy an ink. Specially if you need to buy all the four colors at a time then its really become very expensive.

I bought the wrong size cartridge. I needed the small black one. I replaced the one I had with this one, didn't need to because it was ok. Then I went to the store and bought the small one that said photo on it and was ok. I will be careful next time I order.

What can you say about printer ink cartridges? No negative comment toward BB, but I do about Ho ink as they always star extremely early with the LOW INK warnings. I totally ignore them, as I know their little game. I watch the quality of my prints, not the alerts by HP.
