    This product that came in the box was not an XL size but also wasn't the normal size. It is somewhere in between and did not fit

    Got this for my girlfriend's printer. Failed to work at all, even after repeatedly cleaning the print heads on the printer itself. Bought color also and those worked just fine. Unfortunately can't do a lot without black, so rather than wasting more money on ink we got a new printer instead. Still a lot of wasted money though..

    I dont know if its the ink or my printer but when i installed it was very dull in color. started getting better after more prints

    Very easy to install the ink cartridges. However the ink runs out very quickly and does not seem to give the number of advertised pages.

    I don't need to print that much anymore. I just buy a single small black cartridge. If you go too long then it just dries out anyway.
