I ordered this online for store pickup. The HP ink is the best in my printer but the pickup experience at the Ft Myers, Fl store on Rt 41 was a disaster. No one in front of me at the pickup counter and it took over a half an hour for them to finally hand me my ink. Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. I will NEVER go in that store again for anything!

Was only able to print a few pages & clean the print heads a few times and the cartridge was empty

When my hp 5520 printer was low on ink I purchased a complete set of cartridges - black and colors. I put them all in and the black didn't work. I tried everything in the tech support section with no success. I ended up having to buy a new printer and throw away $50 worth of useless cartridges since the new printers take different cartridges - of course.

This ink cartridge ran out too fast. I am lucky to have gotten 50 pages out of it. It always get the 564XL

This stuff disappeared almost as fast as I replace it. Especially when starting the printer.

The ink is so expensive that I will buy a printer from another manufacturer the next time I buy a printer.

There was a big problem with the black ink unit on the printer. I could not get the black ink to work.

I seem to be having trouble with this particular product. some times it will print other times it won't.

This ink dries up fast. If it sits for a week, the printer tells you its low on ink.

This stuff does not last very long. It seems like I'm always changing out ink cartridges.

if I don't use it fast it will dry up and have to replace it not cheap to have to replace all the time

it is recommended with this computer and it works just fine

Runs out pretty fast but at least the 564 cartridges are cheap like $11.99 on sale

This cartridge, along with the colored cartridges show nearly empty after i installed them and no I am not stupid. I have an exact way to dispose of old cartridges and add the new ones. Good by Best Buy, Hello Office Max.

HP cartridges are not cost effective, but I am stuck with this printer
