Easy to open and ready for placing in printer. Get HP points for using brand. Recommended brand for my printer so use it.

Nothing beats the original HP ink for printers. Never need to worry about issues when one uses the original HP inks.

I rated it a 3 not because of quality but because it took me three trips to Best Buy to finally get the correct cartridge. The salesmen were not very knowledgeable about their printers and what cartridges they took. I ended up only needing the thin 564 photo cartridge in the red box. I even took the old one in for them to match up and they still didn't get it right.

as a best buy customer i think that not only did i get a good price for it but the ink last for such a long time and i print constantly!
