The quality of ink is great and a very good price.

after changing and placing the black cartridge in the printer i had a initial problem. had to take it out then clean the inside section of the port with a q-tip since there was too much build up of ink. once done now the ink is acceptable print

This ink is exceptional. Quality of print is clean and clear with fast drying and great longevity. Where it falls short is not only it’s high cost but it’s consistent slow leaking if not used for awhile.

This ink shows up dark black. I've never had issues with the cartridges leaking, but sometimes my printer will not recognize it as an HP product. I have to exit out of multiple warning messages when installing. That aside, it works fine, but if you want something that lasts, get the XL cartridge.

The previous cartridge lasted about a year using it twice a week for my daughter, but like gas mileage, the number of printed pages per cartridge depends on use. The main reason I bought the ink here at Best Buy was lower price and free shipping (with Rewards member discount and sale price).

The service on delivery was good. This cartridge was for my HP B210 photosmart printer....I've found trying to save a little on off brand ink cartridges usually bites back...........it usually ends up with problems. Unfortunately, this printer died shortly after and had to be replaced

This is an ink package. It works well This review must be 50 characters in exchange for points. We have three printers for two college aged kids. I buy one style of ink bc I purchased every printer with same compatibility in mind. It works out great. Ink dries quickly

I purchased this ink because I needed a new one for my HP printer. I don't like using the off brands since they don't work nearly as well as the original HP brand. And the pricing at Best Buy was comparable to that of Wal-Mart, plus they will price match if it is higher.

I ran out of ink, so I went to marshalls to return a shower curtain so I could buy ink. I had to print a shipping label. I forgot to take the plastic seal off before putting it in the printer and couldn't figure out why it wasn't printing for like ten minutes.

I have found that HP ink cartridge replacement is the cartridge that I prefer to use with my printer. It has been a very reliable product and it produces the print quality I need. I recommend this product to everyone needing to replace their printer cartridges.

First time loaded said it wasn't HP product. Reloaded it an then it was, So hope HP is happy. It's the required cartridge for my printer, has ink in it and printed pages when requested. What more could you ask for

I walked into Best Buy and saw the sign for ink. I walked over there and picked out the ink I wanted. An employee came over and asked if he could help me. I showed him the ink I had selected and he rang it up for me. I had a great time and the paper is fabulous.

My printer is 5-6 years old and I am glad that I am able to still go to my local best buy and buy exactly what I need when I need it, or order it online and do in store pickup. save me from the hassle of searching online for it. Thank you Best Buy

Ink is great quality, but it doesn't last long. You don't getva lot of pages out of it and pictures it's even less. Maybe 20 pages of black paper, 10-15 color and about 15 color photos. Unfortunately it's the only option available.

My printer shows an authencity report when installed. This time, it kept reading that the cartridge was not an original. I had to override the printer to have it print. But the colored ones loaded just fine. I never have a problem. This was most definitely out of the ordinary.

My daughter needed ink for the printer in her dorm room quickly. Ordered on line and it was delivered in a few days. Free shipping is great. I'll order mine on line now as well and avoid having to fight the crowds only to be disappointed when the ink is out of stock at the store.

I gave my color cartridges for recycle and unaware that the black ink I purchased would not work with the colored ones..next time I won't recycle color but will leave empty cartridge in my printer.I purchased color cartridges online from a different retailer.

At 1st I wasn't for sure if I wanted to buy my ink from Best Buy because I found it online cheaper at Walmart But would take me 2 days to get over there and get it and I showed the cashier with my phone and like that gave at same price. No hassle

I use the 564 cartridge with my HP printer and it is the one required. It works well, though I always wish it lasted longer and was less expensive. Since I am a teacher, I am required to print off many things for my students, so I need good cartridges often....
