It works well and getting to see the strange and weird looking Best Buy sales people is like going to a combination of a freak show and a tattoo convention. It's good to know that Best Buy gives drug addicts a second chance.

I have had 4 HP printers. My oldest 4 n 1 is still working and is still a great printer, but the ink cartridges are crazy expensive. My last 3 use the 564 individual cartridges and the cost is better. Good to be able to change only one color as needed.

Great for everyday use/printing and saves $$ on color printing. I use it especially for printing my grocery coupons, recipes, etc. and only print in color when absolutely necessary or required.

hp always recommends to use genuine cartridges for hp inkjet printers; however, refilled cartridges can also do the job for you if you don't intend to implement a high quality printing project!!!

It works perfectly but honestly I could of just buy an off brand for cheaper. It pretty expensive for just ink. Oh yea, there’s also refillable I can do else where.

Product packaging could better identify the black cartridges to indicate whether they are for photo or printing, but that is my only complaint. I will now know to look for "photo" on the package when I need that cartridge. HP are great products!

I have been buying ink cartridges from Best Buy since I bought this Dell computer & printer. I return my used products to the store when I purchase new items. Employees are always friendly & helpful. Thank you, Best Buy!

I am a firm believer in purchasing the original ink products. I tried refilling companies in past and was severely disappointed. It's worth the extra few dollars to be spared the aggravation of mysterious ink blots and smears.

I’m content with the use of this ink and the consistency of the company keeping this ink consistent for over 10 years of me using it.

This HP print cartridge gives you great blacks; however, it is no where near the amount of pages that is estimated. As a result, this low price cartridge causes you to pay more in the long run.

Not much to say other than it works because it's the toner that matches my printer. I wish it lasted longer and was more affordable, but what else can you do? I will say that it was easy to find at Best Buy.

Besides getting genuine HP inkjet cartridges, I also buy the double value size black cartridge....because duh...you use more black than the colors. Sometimes I can find it with the other colors and save even more.. Do it.

So far so good.The owners manual is quite good and easy to understand. I replaced my old Panasonic system after 13 years and I would not buy any other brand. Audio is very clear and phone was a snap to hook up

I've been buying this ink for years now, and there's nothing special about it. Just your simple black ink. The reason I gave it four stars was the price. I think it's a bit over priced. Maybe a couple of dollars cheaper would suffice.

Cartridge worked fine for my purposes. My only complaint was the small amount of ink in the one that I purchased. Next time I will buy the one with additional ink or hope that the company comes up with a new option. Price seemed a little high.

This product is fine but the ink manufacturers need to relax on their prices. Again, this product itself is fine and functions fine but this commodity of products needs to come down in price. That's an issue with the manufacturers not the product.

Every time I come in I always get wonderful help for the products that I need. That is very important to have people around who knows about the products that I buy. I can ask questions and they can give me the answers.

I was given a $ 5.00 reward certificate and did nothing to earn it and Best Buy will do that for customers which is a nice gesture. The ink cartridge was priced reasonably and made it better by using my reward certificate.

Good ink, and easy to install. Only negative is that it does not last very long.
