My printer was no longer printing when I click the print icon. I discovered that the ink cartridges were empty. I bought these replacements and now my printer again responds by printing when I click the print icon.

This is the "BEST" black ink I buy for my HP Deskjet ink printer ---cuz it also takes three others colors that I buy in a three pack that comes with photo paper that is in different types!

The last few inks that I have brought just stop working. The printer shows that my ink is half full, but no ink comes out. When it works yhe quality is great.

I purchased this ink because it is what my printer requires. It is the same HP Ink you can purchase anywhere, however I chose to purchase it at Best Buy because of the price. They price match people. They can't be beat!

Very good ink but runs out quickly if your job requires printer use. Becomes very expensive at times.

Print quality is good but runs out too quickly. Think it's a printer issue so I bought a laser printer to print black and white and save this for use when printing photos.

It's always better to buy the original.i bought some other brand of ink and it turned out bad for me . The ink ran all over my fingers and made a mess. That's why I say stick to the original brand .

Like any of the HP printers, initial cost is low, but they get you on the print cartridges. Need to keep an extra one on hand so you don't have to run to the store during a print job. Mine ran out during my tax print job.

Great quality, but this product is always sold indviduay. There should be an option to purchase the black within the multipack. I have not seen this option available.

What I've never been able to figure out is why there are 2 black ink cartridges being used even when you aren't printing photos or graphics. I rarely print anything except text and the printer still uses both cartridges.

Always a pleasure to purchase at Best Buy. The staff is always helpful and you get what you need, not what they want to sell you. They also know what they are doing and how to go about doing it.

Easy to install, that about all I like. its to expensive and the HP printer it goes in never seems to print well.

The ink cartridge works great with the printer as long as the printerheads are cleaned on a regular basis. This will be the last time that I purchase the ink cartridge until I can get the printerheads to be cleaned.

I believe this printer ink as well as many other is for all other printers are highly overpriced seeing that it doesn't last very long and we do need to buy much more of it it should be at a more affordable price

Bought a color cartridge because they had a 15 percent off in ad - found the price cheaper online and they honored the best price- I like best buy because they price match and good customer service

Generally, the HP ink cartridges are fine but occasionally a cartridge seems to have a shorter life span whether judging by time or number of pages. Unclear if shortage of ink or some defect in delivery.

Not much you can say about a standard ink cartridge. My wife uses the printer for just standard household printing and for that the ink performs satisfactory.

My only problem with this ink is that I seem to run out of it fairly quickly. Even if I haven't used my printer in a while, it seems to slowly drain. Not sure if that's an HP thing or the ink itself.

great copies are very clear and readable. will be using this product again.

The cartridge was in stock. It was priced reasonably. This item was difficult to locate in the store. The shelves were not well marked.
