fair price for ink you get. it would be even better if HP would instal more ink in each cartridge for the money you spend. The XP cartridge may be better but cost more money also.

While the ink was fine, your service was not. The printer would not print black but would print colors. Your advice, buy a new printer because printers are disposable. You tube shows ways to fix the problem. Took an HP Pavilion computer with a battery problem to see if the problem could be fixed. First man said you have to make an appointment to have it looked at. At the appointment the following day, the man said he could not guarantee he could fix it. So he would not even look at it. It was 5 years old and he suggested we buy a new one. Your advertisement for the Geek Squad says you are the technical masters for any tech problem. Now I am wondering why I subscribe. I can go to any salesman to recommend I buy a new one. Is service a thing of the past?

These cartridges are the best quality for my printer. I could use other sources but always go to the original manufacturer for the best quality.

I need ink for my old HP printer regularly. Bestbuy gives me comparable prices and is easy to order from. Also I get to use my Rewards points

Its ink. It works fine but doesnt last especially long. Seems like 100ish pages is enough to wipe it out. Only HP ink works in their printers so you have to buy this.

They always have in stock. I had important paperwork to print and had to make a mad dash to Best Buy. Plus I have the Best Buy rewards and get lots of free certificates.

Never had an issue with HP genuine inks. Years ago, hoping to save $, i tried HP-compatible ink brands, which messed up my printer. After that, i will only use HP genuine ink.

I own an HP PhotoSmart 5520 printer, and it works great with this ink. Even though I seem to be replacing these cartridges way, way too often. The price for the ink it decent.

The producr worked as it should I got it on sale so it was a good deal it isn't the extra large but it was cheap so far so good I will probably buy it again

Shopped and ordered online for black ink cartridge. This was only $2.15 and with free shipping. No traffic, no lines to stand in and delivered to my front door.

I have had the same HP printer, copier, fax Machine for close to 15 years. I understand why the "printers" are so inexpensive. They make their money via the ink products. The cartridges seem to print fewer pages or dry out sooner than they originally did. I'd recommend looking for refilled ink cartridges form some one local.

HP ink is reliable. It always makes my older HP Printer print as it should. My only problem with it is - Its too expensive!.

I'm replacing my original cartridge, so expecting this will last longer than the ink that came with the printer

The cartridges are fine but if you are contemplating buying a printer with this ink cartridge and planning on printing a lot I would reconsider, I am constantly changing this ink.

The first ink cartridge was old and didn’t work so it was returned. Got another cartridge and it worked fine. Customer service was very nice!

This ink work well with my printer. However it finished very fast after a few printing and coping. Also the price continues to increase.

I've never had a negative experience over the past few years at the Avon Best Buy. Your young adult (at least they all seem young) workers are always positive and helpful
