Quick shipping. No problems with the ink. I do feel ink is high priced wherever it is bought.

This ink was a great price at Best Buy compared to other stores, however it runs out very quickly in my HP printer. The printing quality is great!

Does what it's supposed to do! Everybody prints well, what more can I say?

As far as cartridge ink goes, HP's is a good choice. (I just wish it lasted as long as the toner cartridges used to in the older printers!)

The only problem I have about this product is the cost of the individual cartridges. It would be nice if HP would give discounts on each purchase.

Being an elite plus member has the added benefit of a discount on printer ink. Since we run a small business, this discount comes in handy.

Nice that HP sells black ink seperate than colored ink. Some companies sell all the ink together so you have to buy all the colors even if you only need black.

My only complaint is the fact ink never lasts as long as you think it should. Best buy had what I needed, when I needed it and at a great price.

Yet another ink cart purchase. I am checking my ink levels now and for once all carts are near full! I love my printer but I hate how quickly I go through ink!

I like HP inks. I like the larger ink cartridges best. The small cartridges don't seem to last long enough and I seem to have to replace the cartridge sooner.

I love HP printers because you can get the color cartridges long after purchasing the printer, and four individual cartridges make it more economical to use.

As we don't use our printer much but take advantage of the wireless printing, it cycles each time using ink so we did not get near the amount of copies stated in reviews. Pretty expensive for what you get but we have to go with the smaller ones as we have had issues with printer heads in other printers drying out and malfunctioning due to our lack of use of the printer. I would recommend spending the extra to get the larger cartridge if you print on a regular basis.

Best Buy is very efficient and packs items well so have never had any damages to product. I'll order from them over any of the other electronic stores.

Only problem I had was the tape didn't come off all the way and I had to go on the HP site to figure out how to stick a needle in the end to get the tape out of the hole. This is the second cartridge I had like this that the black ink wouldn't flow when first opened and I had to fix this way. That's why i gave it an average rating. The company needs to fix this before they box it in the factory. Wasted a lot of paper running test pages to figure out the problem.

Although the cartridges are expensive to replace for how much we print, the availability of this product at Best Buy is priceless when you need it asap.

It’s an ink cartridge. If it’s comparable with your printer, it’s good at what it’s designed to do.

Prefer to use HP ink with my HP Photosmart 6520. Have tried off-brand ink and it doesn't seem to last long and quality of prints not as vibrant.

I was not aware that the initial cartridge in my printer was simply a starter. This was explained to me by the representative. I appreciated that.

it works if you need to have some ink but if you use it alot u=you will never bigger one
