    Have tried substitutes and have had problems. Never have a problem with official HP cartridges. Can always rely on them to be problem free.

    Still learning how to use this touch keypad. Having a bit of trouble with the touch pad jumping all over the place. I do like the computer.

    It's a good product but I retreat getting a cannon printer ink adds up. I prefer laser printers those work the best faster and ink last a long time...

    HP inks are the only ones that work with my HP Photosmart. Nothwithstanding that elemental fact, they work well, although a bit pricey.
