    This cartridge worked as expected. The color didn't bleed or smear. The best thing about it was that it replaced a cartridge that was new; however, didn't work. The salesclerk said that had probably got messed up at the factory and that the cartridge didn't get filled with ink. I know I tried cleaning all the printer heads & everything and it just wouldn't work.

    HP ink never fails me. I had to buy an HP as my Cannon ink kept clogging up the printer head. Definite great investment to keep in rotation for your printer. Just be sure to follow instructions regarding installation. I only SLIGHTLY shake the cartridge before installing.
