    Got this for my girlfriend's printer. Failed to work at all, even after repeatedly cleaning the print heads on the printer itself. Bought color also and those worked just fine. Unfortunately can't do a lot without black, so rather than wasting more money on ink we got a new printer instead. Still a lot of wasted money though..

    My printer calls for this ink specifically so i have no choice but to get this dry stuff. The best buy experience was a breeze though.
