I replace my black cartridge more often than my others obviously, have never had an issue with loading or unloading the nor have I had an issue with print quality, even as the ink get slow, it still gives a decently dark printout.

Of course its expensive for what it is, but what choice do you have? At least its cheaper than the XL version. I've found that so long as you print documents as "drafts", the ink will last for a very long time.

Quality ink, never smudges, little pricey but most ink is. Love HP products, have a HP printer and HP laptop that are both 7 years old and going strong.

I normally buy my toner cartridges at Walmart but could never find the black or color cartridges for my new HP printer. The price at Best Buy was competitive plus I earned bonus points as a Best Buy Program member - win-win for me!

I find it is best and spend the money for a good quality ink for my printer. When I try to use the cheaper ink in my printer I always have to reprint it over.

Worked out perfect for my cousin. We had the same printer I bought another printer and was able to give her the ink.

Easy to install on the very first try. Worked like a charm. Extra features included in the package which was nice considering cartridges seem expensive. (Tho Best Buy had comparable prices - cartridges are just costly to replace)

I always use this ink and it works well. I can get a lot of prints out of this ink.

Great Ink, and speedy delivery. Works fine in my printer without any issues. Never get a message about out dated ink when using genuine HP products purchased from BestBuy (which I have had when buying from other stores).

got just the black even though the guy told me my printer probably requires all the colors to be full too but it doesnt. worked fine. cashier told me i can save money on ink just by being a rewards member which was true.

Great ink product. My printer recognized it as an authentic hp cartridge. I've had problems in the past with authenticity of ink cartridges from other sellers. This one was perfect

Thought I was buying the black cartridge that goes with the other colored cartridges but will hang onto this any how...can never have enough cartridges

It's a tank of black ink. Once installed, it will let you print. Genuine HP ink seems to work best, so get this one. The box did not have spiders in it, so that was a plus.

I was notified when the ink ran out. It said not to take the one out of the printer until you were ready to put the new one in. Which I did and it was very easy to replace.

My most recent purchase consisted of two separate printer ink cartridges. I often attempt to always keep a spare copy of each on hand. It looks like I'll be making another run to Best Buy again real soon to restock my supply.

This ink always prints well and doesn't smudge. It's pretty much the only ink that my HP printer uses, however I purchased the printer from BestBuy as well and that works great. I just wish it wasn't so pricey.

The ink cartridge works as it is supposed to. Of course this cartridge is the only one I can use in this printer but they last a considerable amount of time. The printed pages are clear and do not fade over time.

We started having issues with our printer, so I cleaned the print head under running water, allowed it to dry, then replaced all the ink cartridges after we ran out every cartridge, now it works like new again.

i learned a hard lesson to always buy ink cartridges and not have them refilled. it messes with your printer. ink is pricy and if you need good prints it’s worth it
