According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. I'm sorry that the first cartridge you used did not work properly. It sounds like it was defective.
When you get a defective cartridge, you have the option to:
- request a replacement or refund from the seller
- contact us if it is a defective genuine cartridge that is not replaced by the seller (and it is still within the warranty ends date on the cartridge): hp.com/contactHP

Streaking and blurry copies could be from a defective cartridge, or it could be refilled with inferior ink. Either way, you can contact the seller when you get a product that is unsatisfactory from them.

inserted my new ink cartriges yesterday
