      When you get cartridges that don't have much ink, that must be frustrating. I'm sorry you had this experience.

      According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."

    This is the second time I gave this a try and the second time I have been disappointed. It really doesn't last very long. Not a good value at all.

    Printer said it was not genuine. I installed the evening I bought it for a paper for my son and it failed to print . We were not happy with the results

    I received my product through the mail, inserted into my copier made 4 copies and then pages were blank no more copies .... VERY UPSET

    Frankly, HP inks are getting skimpier! I buy more ink than 2 years ago, and use the printer less because of the cost to buy ink too much.

    My previous ink cartridge type with an older HP printer lasted much longer for almost the same price as the current ink cartridges for HP 6520 model.

    Doesn't work. Bought it, and didn't put in until I couldn't return it Anymore. Printer says black ink is full, but won't print anything black

    Placed item into printer all ink cartridges were dried out. Returned and replaced item and they too were dried out! $60 down the drain

      I'm sorry that you were sent a black cartridge that doesn't print clearly. I can understand if you are frustrated!

      When you get a cartridge that does not work properly, you have the option of contacting the seller about a refund or replacement.

      According to the Best Buy site's Return & Exchange Policy information:
      "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to a Best Buy store and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289). We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees."

      Hi,

      I am sorry that your cartridge did not fit. I'm wondering if you ordered the correct one, because any black cartridge should fit the opening (which has a pentagon icon) for the black cartridge.

      It is easy to mistakenly order the thin Photo cartridges instead of the regular black cartridges. Because they used to be labeled 'Photo Black' and some suppliers still refer to them by that name. The Photo cartridge goes into the smaller slot labeled with an icon shaped like a bowtie.
