    A while ago I had purchased another store brand ink cartridge at one of the major office supply stores. They used recycled cartridges. When I went to install it, liquid ink ran all over everywhere...it was a disaster. I returned the cartridge to the store and the clerk said "yeah, that happens some times." So from now on I only buy new HP cartridges for my printer.
