    I use HP ink cartridges for my HP printer. These generally perform well. I purchased a black XL a few days ago and loaded it into my printer today. Surprisingly, it did not print at all. I tried several different ways to print, but eventually gave up. I returned the disfunctional cartridge to my Best Buy Store and they replaced it. The replacement cartridge works well.

    I purchase the ink cartridges from Best Buy because of the greatt service and they always have the product on hand. It is also priced below compeditors and I get the points that can be used for my next purchase. While I am in the store it is good to compare other products and there are always friendly staff to assist me.
