    564XL are of the highest quality for my printers, the sale and promotion were informative online. We found the store employee was not familiar with the promotion but when asked, he immediately looked into it and found the promotion we referred to was valid and made certain it was applied to our purchase.

    Great ink cartridge. So glad Best Buy carries it, since HP changed the black cartridge in the multi pack! The one in the multi pack doesn't fit, which is crazy because the color ones do. I guess HP is trying to force people to buy another printer. So that is why I'm so glad Best Buy carries it!!
