    We've used HP products and ink for years, and never had an issue. We actually had to return this ink and exchange it for a new one. It may have been fault as I've never had this occur in the past, but when it printed it had lines or spaces when it printed. This was the first time it's happened, but Best Buy was great about exchanging the ink for us!

    I purchase nothing but genuine HP cartridges for my printer and since doing so I have never had any issues with printing. Yes they are more expensive but they are worth every penny! And the XL cartridges are definitely worth the extra money!
