    Toner works well with my printer unless it dries up from non-use. It is pricey and I wish there were options. My last two cartridges have dried up because I don't use my printer often enough. HP doesn't have an answer other than to use my printer more often.

    I ordered my ink online and it was not a hassle at all. It came in on the day it said, which was less than a week after purchase. I also got free shipping which was great. The installation was easy and if you needed help the instructions are very easy to follow.

    When checking the stock we noticed that a lot of the shelves were empty. Could have been that the shipment had not arrived or did not get put on the shelf. One of the cartridges had been pushed to back of the hanger and a different color placed in front of it. Makes it hard to find the color you are looking for.

    I have used HP ink for about 23 years and it is true to color,meaning (black is black). I have found it works very well for all of my graphics, from my cards to my scrape-book grahpics. I also use the colors and they are excellent for all of the same reasons.

    I use to vary where I bought or ordered my HP cartridges from but often felt the online ones from other sources were old or dried out. They never lasted. I’ve had the best luck with Best Buy cartridges, whether online or in the store.
