This works well in our HP printer. It does not last long enough though for the price you pay for it. We use it mostly for printing on plain white paper and do not use it very often for photo printing.

I have tried generic inks before and they do not last as long and my printer has a lot more issues when I used them. I am a believer now, it does make a difference whose ink is used in a printer. I follow manufacturers recommendations.

It is best to use an HP ink cartage in an HP printer. I have made the mistake of buying cut-rate substitutes that ended up leaking and damaging one of my printers. Buy HP products for HP printers and you won't have problems.

I've always been able to depend on Best Buy ink products! I appreciate the discounts and being able to have them shipped directly to my home! I've used HP products for over 20 years and am well satisfied with their products.

I purchased this ink cartridge for my HP printer. However, the black ink would not print properly. Not sure if it's the cartridge or the printer. I've had the printer for a while so it may be time to upgrade.

Best Buy is always the best option for me to get "walk in" purchases of ink and toner for my printers. Great selection there and you can't beat original HP products! Oh, and they recycle too!

Boughtt this as a backup for when the cartridges that came with my photo smart run out. I'm still using the cartridge months later and have a good amount left. For a moderate use print user like me this ensure I don't run out often.

Best Buy has all the ink I ever need in stock and they have it delivered quickly all at a fair price! I only purchase my ink at Best Buy!

It works. What else can one say about a replacement ink cartridge. Fits my printer just like it should.

I used to order HP ink from another source. Cartridges always seemed to be too low on ink. Then I realized I could order from Best Buy online which saved me time from not having to drive a ways to the store. Quick service. Thanks.

My printer/scanner is 7 yrs old. Soon I will need to purchase a new one. At that time I will go for one with the new inks that are MUCH cheaper than the 564 series cartridges I currently have to maintain it with.

Ready for pick up really fast. Price of this ink cartridge has been going up, but seems comparable to other stores. Happy that the ink cartridge is fairly new with an expiration date in 2022.

This is rather old stock....the only one left (at time of my purchase) left hanging on the rack. Could the ink be "dried" out? Because the print is not very clear(light print).

It's ink. Not sure if there is really anything else that needs to be said.

Great Toner always works when I need one and always use HP

I learned the hard about buying the after market/generic cartridges, which didn’t work well or last long in my case, so I’ll be using the OEM type going forward, since I’ve never had a problem with them.

With the O2 ink you were able to change the colors when they ran our and was given a warning it was running out and another to say it was gone. In the meantime your pictures looked great to the end. With the 564 you still may have some in the cartridge but the picture looks blotchy. Bummer

These cartridges fit various HP printer models and when new models are updated I find they tend to keep using these size cartridges. In the past 5 years I have had 2 HP printers and was pleased to find that when I bought my second printer it used the same cartridges as my other HP

Ink cartridge is user friendly, tidy and easy to install but seems to run out fairly quick. I don't print a large volume so I expected these cartridges to last longer.

This is an expensive way to find out my printer is busted.
