It is printer ink for rather old technology HP printers. It works just like it is suppose to. Personally, I appreciate the old style printer cartridges because they have a built-in new printer head in each cartridge.

Can always count on BB having them in stock. Been a shopper since 2012 and usually purchase display items. Cheaper or on said.

Always buy the real HP inkjet cartridges- I have tried refills from various companies and had very inconsistent results. May cost more, but a lot less hassle! Definitely recommend!

There is no substitute for the real thing; genuine HP ink cartridges. They work really well and are way better than the cheapo refills you can get. I guess that's why they're so expensive. I like getting the XL cartridges even though they're more expensive.

Even though ink for printers is pricey this size of cartridge goes far and lasts me a long time. Also can always find this in stock at Best Buy when I need to purchase one.

Never happy with the ink jet printer due to the price of cartridges and the short lifespan, BestBuy makes it a bit less painful to purchase HP Ink. Would I recommend this to a friend? No! I'd say spend the extra money and buy a laser printer from BestBuy.

The manufacturer promised long life for this ink cartridge and it deliverred as promised. I have purchased these for years for my aging printer and they work perfectly. Buy brand name.

I like the printer we have and I like the fact that the ink cartridge is available at various locations. Don't know if the "xl" cartridge really gives you that much more in the way of prints but it works out to be cheaper than buying two standard size ones....

I FIND I CAN PRINT A LARGE NUMBER OF PAPERS I'VE READ A NUMBER OF REVIEWS THAT SAY IT DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE A LOT INK I FIND ITS FINE I'VE USED HP PRINTERS SINCE THE 90'S I DO LIKE THE SEPERATE COLOR CARTRIDGES.

I couldn't figure out why my black 564 cartridge didn't fit in the slot. Employee at Beast Buy was very helpful, I had taken the cartridge I was trying to put in and the one I was replacing. Great service.

Have been using these cartridges for many years. Unfortunately they seem to show out of ink before they actually run out of ink. Have been receiving printer message cartridge is low for weeks, but plenty of ink to this day when actually printing.

Ink is ink, so getting a discount based on my Best Buy Rewards program gives a great advantage to buying elsewhere (especially where you need to hit a dollar threshold before a discount kicks in).

The right ink cartridge for my printer. I had checked at Sam's Club, but the price at Best Buy was comparable, plus I had a Reward certificate to use which dropped the price even more!

We usually price shop HP Ink cartridge refills at Best Buy, Costco, Staples, etc. Best Buy had a good price and we had a Best Buy Rewards coupon, so we purchased from Best Buy. Works as advertised.

If you print a lot, then this printer probably isn't for you, especially pictures. I love the quality of pictures, but I do replace this ink more than I like. And yes, I've adjusted the print settings.

Like all/most printers the ink is very expensive, I don't print a whole lot and sometimes it expires before I use it all. When new it does print very good quality in black or color.

I've even tried using refills to no avail. Those refills end up giving you copies that don't even come close to resemble the original colors which makes me really appreciate my pictures I want to save
