    Not sure how my order got changed from 1 black 564xl and 1 multipack set of 3 color 564xl color cartridges. I now have to return 1 of 2 black and wait another week or more to receive 1-multipack color package. Missed a print job deadline. Recognizing Covid hasn't been easy to navigate with closed reopened stores, hours of operation. Patience is a little taxed. I'm now returning in hopes that it will be easy enough to exchange, then be able to move past this experience. Just wished someone would have advised color out of stock, sent me one black package in order for me to avoid lines, return transactions et. Al.

      I am sorry that you are having these problems. I can understand how this can try your patience.

      Not sure what steps you have taken, but according to the Best Buy website:
      "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."
