    I must have purchased a bad batch because the black ink did not work in my printer. It could possibly be the printer but I've done all the online diagnostic tips and still could not get black ink to print. Past the return/exchange date since I waited a few weeks to install. HP doesn't take back cartridges once they have been opened.
