    I have bought all my ink for my photosmart 7520 from best buy. Never had a problem!! This time however it was different. The ink stopped working the second day. The printer sensed the cartridge was empty. I would shake the cartridge and reinsert and it would work again. Strange behaviour indeed. Since i had already opened the ink i felt i wont be able to return it. Bummer!!!

    Why is the ink lasting a shorter period of time? I don't think the xl lasts any longer than the regular

    Ink cartridge shows full but ink looks like sh#%. I did printer status report, print quality report, Cleaned printhead, and aligned printer. Black ink is terrible, color cartridges are fine. Would like a refund or new cartridge.

    The whole 564 series doesnt last long and it doesnt matter if its the xl or not .the xl isnt double the ink

    This ink is so expensive for how much it does. It runs out in about in about 400 pages. close to $0.20 a page.
