There is no easy way to refill them either because of the usage chip. Almost cheaper to buy a new printer when you run out of ink......crazy.

Has good coverage; however if you do a page count I was not able to get nearly the amount of pages I should have from each cartridge. My printer just died.. So I have moved on to other ink for my new printer.

After cleaning inside the printer, & trying to print numerous times, I looked at the ink cartridge box & saw that the EXPIRATION DATE was almost a YEAR & HALF AGO. Obviously the ink had dried up & therefore wouldn't print. Why was this item still on their shelf ??? Don't they even check their inventory ??? VERY DISAPPOINTING.

You can return the cartridge or exchange it either to the store or by mail. According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."

Print preview, black ink settings, and thinner paper all help to conserve ink. Consider turning off the printer after printing.
