Very disappointed in this ink. Expected the cartridge to last AT LEAST as long as the other cartridges but I've had to change this one twice as much. Too expensive to use

I don't like the constant having to refill the ink for printer. Get the XL to have it last longer than this one.

I took ink cartridge home and it only last through 6 pages of printing till it began to fade out. I was able to restore some of its usefulness by adding alcohol to the cartridge but very upset that Best Buy would have dried ink cartridges sitting on their shelves. I threw out the packaging before I realized that I would be having a problem and was not able to see if the ink had passed its expiration date or not.

$26 for an ink cartridge that will probably last me 3 months. I am not sure if these things dry out over time or what but they arw overpriced and don't last.

This printer uses more ink than any printer we have ever owned. Color copies are fair. Disappointed in the printer and colored ink. Black copies are clear and good quality.

Our HP has all the bells & whistles of a state of the art all in one printer station but the downfall is the ink cartridges. Ink burns through this printer like 57 Chevy.

It isn't very expensive, but it seems like I have to replace it frequently, so it really isn't much better than having a printer that takes more expensive ink that lasts longer.

I have been using HP for over 10 years; I observe that the ink doesn’t last as long as when I was a student and printing more often.

There is no alternate option since my printer only takes this ink. The price is high For lasting only a couple months. Not pleased with this 4620HP printer overall.

Not Happy with HP Printer or Ink Always Ink Issues

Purchased ink jets (HP 564) Combo pack and black Photo ink. Both sets were counterfeit, used up. I took them back to the Best Buy from where I ordered them online. The clerk said because I had opened them, they were non-returnable. Friends, document all your purchases and be aware even Best Buy may be selling counterfeit ink jets and they are unaware!!

I’m confused, I purchased the printer and the ink from the store but I always get a message from the printer that the ink is counterfeit?

I assume that the ink is fine but I still couldn't get the printer to work. Forums online didn't help.

Usually a good product, but this one is cause issues. Sometimes does not print at all. Have to reset the cartridge and still leaves streaks on the paper.

It seems like no matter if I buy the XL or regular in no time the ink level is low and need to buy another one. We don't print that much.

Too expensive. Would not recommend buying a printer that requires these type of cartridges.

When I changed the cartridge and put this new one in, it printed part of one page and then it was like the cartridge was empty already. Could not get it to print even after taking it out and putting it back in, restarting the printer and computer, and following all of the troubleshooting procedures. Will be bringing it back in for an exchange because Best Buy has always honored its products. This hardly ever happens with HP Ink Cartridges in my experience.

Terrible purchase! The ink was all dried out. I was told it could have been that it was it had just sat on the shelf for too long. This is terrible. Best Buy should monitor their inks more closely. Ink can evaporate whilest still in the package, this I know of this from science.

Ink cartridge wasn't working so I went online to see how to fix it. I put a small hole in the vented end of the cartridge and now it works fine.

While it always seems expensive, using the hp original cartridges works well
