Printer for this cartridge uses too much ink and the ink supply says it is out when it still reads that there is a one quarter left.

Don't know if it's the printer or the ink but black won't work. Have tried every cleaning solution on YouTube with no results

Way too much money for what you get but no choice. Doesn't last as long as they say.

never buy cartridges from best buy. i purchased this cartridge which did not work in my printer and best buy just refused to return or exchange and told me to return hp directly. when i contacted Hp they also refused to return and asked me to contact best buy. Both companies sucks

I have purchased the XL and the normal ink cartridges, and the XL does not last twice as long. I would just stick with the normal size.

The ink is fine for a little while, but doesn't seem to last. Not sure whether it's the printer or ink, but I'm blaming the ink.

I have purchased this for for my printer and it worked very good.

The first HP high yield cartridge I bought was defective. I had to drive back to the store for a replacement. The return process was relatively painless. However, Best Buy should offer some price consideration to customers who have to take their time and gas to return a defective product that was purchased at their store.

This ink doesn't last very long. I don't do a lot of printing yet the ink runs out very fast. Even the XL size doesn't really make a difference. I'm thinking it's better to buy a new printer every time they run out as they last the same as the ink you get with a new printer and cost about the same.

Next time I buy a printer, I will take into account the cost of the ink cartridges and how many pages the ink cartridge will print.

HP ink barely has any ink in their cartridges and that is how they make money selling the printers so cheaply. This is an extended cartridge and we print maybe 2-3 things a week and the thing will barely last 2-3 months. Ink is a huge ripoff so avoid buying it if you can.

Good price and even better when you recycle your old cartridges

the ink prints 3 pages then clogs. Have to clean the heads then print 3 more pages. Unacceptable!! I can buy a whole new printer with ink for less than the cost of more HP ink for this printer

I was disappointed with the amount of copies I received. I was able to print significantly fewer copies than stated on the box.
