    After spending too much money on ink (which is clearly overpriced), my printer will not print black. Of course, you cannot return an opened cartridge, so a total waste of money. I will NEVER use HP again.

    A day after putting the cartridge in the color went from black to light gray. The printer states that it is still full and quality is good but all printed materials are coming out gray.
