    Good ink but why are they so expensive, we are almost at the point where printers are desposible. They need to find a way to make the ink cheaper. I do like hp printers and this is a good one.

    I wish HP would really have these be "extended" life cartridges. Operate to me like a base cartridge. Don't really see the "extra life" from my POV.

    We bought the ink cartridge and when we put it into our printer the ink was splotchy and skipped on the paper. We took it back to Best Buy to exchange it for another cartridge but was told at the Service Desk that they don't take the cartridges back, we would have to deal with HP directly. I wanted only to exchange the cartridge and not want my money back. The service attendant inferred that I probably put the old cartridge in the box and was trying to cheat them. I WOULD NEVER DO THAT. I was hurt and will NEVER buy another cartridge at Best Buy.

    Don't buy knock-offs. They leak and make a mess. The true HP brand is the only way to go.
