I don’t do much printing, so it’s a mystery how it ran out so quick.

Seems like it lasts only about a month or two and I only print color once or twice a week. Then again I think that's how HP makes money. *sigh*

I have four grandchildren and print a lot of pictures. It just seems I don't get that many pictures before I have to but more ink.

It is a beautiful blue and my graphs and charts have a professional finish when completed and printed.

I wish I could return them

The fact that the printer doesn't recognize them as original and also they aren't working well makes me suspect that they aren't original. You can check to ensure that you have a new original HP cartridge by following the guidelines at hp.com/go/anticounterfeit
