got a dude cartridge

Iwas very disappointed as it did not distribute the ink evenly. I cleaned the cartridge and also inside the printer. I ended up buying a new cartridge at best buy store. It works fine. This is an unusual for HP

Original HP products have always performed well.

I have found by trial and error that it isn't always better to find something cheaper. I have had other off brand cartridges that have malfunctioned and made it a agonizing experience.

Incorret Cartridge!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I looked up the cartridge that I needed for my new HP printer and it came up with a 564 cartridge. I ordered the XL version and had it shipped. I received it in good time but when I went to install it it did not fit! After that I saw on the box that it was not for Plus printers. I did not see that in the order area so now I'm stuck with a cartridge I can't use and I had to put out more $ to get the right one! A lesson hard learned!
