    I bought this toner cartridge and it was used when I received it I installed it and I only used it a couple times and it was gone It didn’t have any more toner horrible I don’t know why they send me a used toner I called the store and they told me they couldn’t do anything I was very upset horrible service

    You have to make sure you buy the right Toner for your printer, as there is no returns. I will not need the 25 points as I will close my account with Best Buy!
