When I could not find the right cartridge on my own online, I was able to get the assistance I needed. Also, free shipping on items above a certain amount is a nice benefit.

Never had any issues with it. All I do to my printer is buy the ink when needed. This printer was worth my money. Which wasn’t much. I think I paid under $50

Best bang for your buck
