it was a good deal and the staff are friendly and helpful

I get the smaller cartridge because I print infrequently and ths larger ones dry out before the ink is expended. I did need to align heads a second time ater the first alignment resulted in blurred printing.

Standard HP ink cartridge that performs best if you print at least 1 page per week to keep the cartridge "fresh." Otherwise you run the risk of prematurely drying out the ink cartridge over extended periods of time during non-use.

Printers are cash sucks... you know that by now. The needed cash never stops, and the cartridges seem to give out faster and faster. This item works, as it's supposed to...and is the only option if you don't want to spring for the XL.

I knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked into the store and to the ink aisle, however the ink section was horribly disorganized and almost couldn't find this number, as it was hidden behind a different number in a different slot.

HP printers are still still at the top of the heap, and their ink is part of their success. Compared to other brands, HP is about the cheapest per-page costs, and still look good.

Does the job well. Works as expected, but I don’t use the printer often, so I wish there was a way to save the ink from drying out when not in use.

I was so glad my local BB had this ink for pick-up when my printer stopped spitting out pages.

Black it the one that is always in need of being replaced and the knock offs do not last long enough an don't give the quality needed for black and white print needs

One thing printers need is ink. Best Buy always has your printer needs. Great to know where you can find what you need.

Its a great product. I think its expensive and over priced everywhere. The ink run put fast.

I have tried the places that say they refill for much cheaper than purchasing new but it only ruined my printer and spilled everywhere. Will only use the HP brand now.

With an HP printer only original cartridge works, After market or refills do not work well. HP printers know if an original cartridge or and after market is being used.

worked as new because it was new. no problem with printer [ as some time printer wants to learn new ink cartridge]

The printer that uses this number/ brand of ink cartridge travels with me on occasions out of town. Have never had any issues.

This black ink cartridge keeps our backup printer going. We buy the cartridges, use them and recycle when depleted.

Ink is Ink and HP ink last the longest in the printer before drying up. But it is drying up fast. I have to change the ink every 6 months no matter what because it dries up. It use to stay good for a year?

HP printers have always been reliable and highly compatible. I've tried many other brands but always come back to HP. The ink cartridge is pricey but works as it should.
