GREAT DEAL ON INK. I used to belong to the HP Ink program but this new one is outstanding. Great deals on my HP Printer and Computer needs.

Ink is reliable most of the time. I have had a few bad cartridges that the printer would not use. (quality control slipping at HP?) I feel the XL ink should be the starting cartridge with a reasonable price. I can produce more pics efficiently at sams or walmart for less cost and still get high quality photos. I think HP needs to rethink the ink pricing strategy. I still like the HP Printers for there reliability and have had good results with HP when it comes to their warranty service.

I actually bought this ink cartridge for my mom. She's 75 years old and she can install this cartridge all by herself. We all lead busy lives and it's nice to be assured that there are easy to use printers and ink replacements so that mom doesn't have to depend on me to do this for her. Easy to replace (maybe a little too easy, thanks HP!). Wish I did not burn through these so quickly; might look into the Instant Ink program.
