The life is so short it is like $2 or $3 bucks per page for just the tri-color ink.

I am very sorry you had problems with the cartridge. It does seem like you should have been able to print much more.
There is a possibility that either the cartridge was defective, or somehow you did get a counterfeit. Either way you can talk to the seller about it.

- Using the draft and black only settings on your printer can help.

Why would I buy or use any other brand, when this is the best one for me! I tried others a long time ago, & will NOT buy any of them again. I don't have money to waste on trying another one!
