Quality ink

(quality control slipping at HP?) I feel the XL ink should be the starting cartridge with a reasonable price. I can produce more pics efficiently at sams or walmart for less cost and still get high quality photos. I think HP needs to rethink the ink pricing strategy. I still like the HP Printers for there reliability and have had good results with HP when it comes to their warranty service.

She's 75 years old and she can install this cartridge all by herself. We all lead busy lives and it's nice to be assured that there are easy to use printers and ink replacements so that mom doesn't have to depend on me to do this for her. It gives her a sense of independence. Thank you Canon and Best Buy!
