I usually go to Best Buy for my HP printer needs. They never fail to have what I need in stock.

I shopped online for the bundle back first but found that it was not in the store, other than that it was perfect for the print job. Quick find. Easy buy. No mess to install or to set up.

I've tried to be cheap and buy aftermarket branded ink. Bad decision. Printer would not work. I'm going to stick to HP ink for my printer.

I bought black and colored ink at the great price from Bestbuy. This is for my hp photosmart printer model c4780.

I mixed up the black with the colored one. These ink cartridges cost a lot and never last long enough...however they are worth getting instead of the refills which stall the printer.

Works as advertised. No issues printing at all. Only wish an XL version was available when I went to purchase.

It's basic ink for my printer. I always buy this type and it works great.

In july I purchased the color and black cartridge package. The black cartridge was defective and did not work. I then purchased a black cartridge by itself which worked. When I tried to return the defective black cartridge, I was denied a refund by the store manager because of the elapsed time of the original purchase. The time elapsed because I was trying other things to get it to work before thinking that the cartridge may be defective and then purchased a new black cartridge. I expected better customer service from Best Buy.

I have used HP ink for many years and have been very happy with the amount of pages I get from each cartridge.

There are many reasons I buy HP ink and from Best Buy but the main ones are BB prices and HP reliability.

Purchasing only HP printers for their reliablity and for the clean printer cartridges

this product is better for a casual user. I would recommend it only because it is required equipment for the HP envy 120
