The Dept manager went out of his way to go back into their storage area and locate the cartridge for me while I browsed other merchandise. Great Job!!

The black cartridge replacement that I purchased was reasonably priced and in stock. Once home it was easy to take the old one out and put the new black cartridge in.

Liked the XL

Would recommend others to buy this as well. Also store was set up nicely during these difficult covid times. Ink was nice and dark and project printed out very nice. Hp60 XL is still going strong and working so I will continue to purchase my ink at Best Buy in the future and love the promotions of the product as well. Thank you

HP Ink Cartridge

The only issue we have is the ease of inserting and removing the cartridge. It is difficult to do but I think this is more due to the design of the printer.
