The 60XL is a good deal

HP Original Cartridges

I see too many poor reviews of the "bargain brands" to take the chance. Yes, the HP(s) are more expensive, but they've never failed me.

When trying others I've verified this, although, price has increased causing it to be very expensive.

Quality Ink Cartridge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As with most HP printers, using HP-branded cartridges is the only fairly reliable way to insure the printer will provide reliable ink-level data, as well as operate at all. There have been reports of refilled cartridges and non-HP cartridges causing problems, though I would not know the accuracy of those claims. Good quality, though a bit pricey.
