    My printer, HP 2512 is terrific... The cartridges that go with it, well, not so much. I bought these just a few weeks ago and rarely print, but after around 100 pages, both cartridges are at <20% available ink. I probably should have bought a more expensive printer that uses less expensive cartridges.

      It could simply be a defective cartridge. If so, I apologize on behalf of HP. We want our customers to have a seamless experience using our products. If that is not the case, we want to help you in the future. Start by taking out the cartridges and manually cleaning them. Use the ink level monitor to watch the ink.
