Never had that problem with my Kodak printer. Loved the way the prints came out on the Kodak printer too. Not very happy about how pictures come out using this printer and ink

I will not buy from Best Buy again as it did not last as long as others have for me in the past. I am a Notary and do not print too much but I do need the printer at all times to be working.

I only use printer for personal work and I now have to replace the XP cartridge monthly. This purchase is for the regular cartrudge, I want to see if purchasing the XP is worth it!!

I brought this and only used it to print 5 pieces of paper and the cartridge was empty. I've never seen anything like it. I thru away the box so I have no way to get a refund.

Looks like a market protection issue. The problem is that there is no indication that it would happen and no one told me that when I bought it.

I am sorry to hear that you had poor page yield from the cartridge. It is natural for the print quality to get bad as a cartridge goes empty, but that is disappointing that you could only print a few dozen pages!
When there is something wrong with the cartridge, you are always free to contact the seller. You can find them through Your account > Your Orders.
