    Bought hp printer ran out of ink. Bought this new ink put it in the printer. Printer says it's not the correct ink it is Says its not a genuine hp product was the right ink on both fronts. Called hp support and they said my new printer was out of warranty. So I said thanks for the brick and I would take my business elsewhere. Haven't done it yet but I'm going to try epson Ecco tank printer
